Only 800 m from Maranduba beach and close to excellent beaches such as Praia da Fortaleza, Lagoinha and Caçandoca. In Praia da Caçandoca is where the Heralds Castle is located, a tourist point that is worth knowing besides having incredible view.

The Maranduba beach has kiosks, water slide in the sea, schooner tours (depending on the time of year). Great for bathing, to go with family and kids too. Trails, lakes and waterfalls, in a very preserved nature. They are attractions that you can not miss.
The neighborhood still has structure of markets, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, beach shops, gas station, etc.

Fiquei muito feliz. Todo o processo foi tranqüilo e rápido. Resolvi tudo na véspera de viajar e deu certinho. A Tatiana conseguiu fazer com que entraremos cedo e saisse no inicio da noite da forma que precisei . Foi atenciosa pemo whats e resolveu um probleminha rapido com a falta de gás que ficamos de noite. A Dona Antônia também foi atenciosa e atendeu o que precisei. Para ir a praia da para ir a pé, porem com criança de colo prefiro ir de carro pois carrego muitas coisas, e claro fui conhecer outras lindas praias a da Lagoinha maravilhosa e a praia d Rita que fiquei encantada. Obrigada e voltaremos outras vezes.

Precisa melhorar alguns pontos
- Pontos Negativos. À área da churrasqueira é praticamente impossível fazer churrasco na parte da tarde, na há proteção contra o sol, a fumaça entra dentro da casa, devido a saida sem muito baixa. Tivemos problemas com vizinhos, desrespeitando o horário de silêncio. Agua estremamente fraca para banho. Falta ventilador na cozinha, acredito que é o mínimo que deveria ter, devido o espaço sem muito pequeno, sendo assim, causa um desconforto - Pontos positivos. Casa é bem limpa. Todo suporte em relação ao problema de barrulho que tivemos foi resolvido. Lugar apesar de ser um pouco longe da praia é tranquilo.

Boa localização, dá pra ir apé pra praia, conta com mercado e farmácia próximo. Além disso o apartamento estava limpíssimo. Só fica devendo uma ducha na entrada do prédio para tirar a areia antes de entrar no apê.
