Ótimo imóvel
Minha estadia foi ótima, casa muito bem localizada, já é a sexta vez que vou a Ubatuba, já fiquei em vários alugueis de temporadas em Ubatuba e esse com certeza têm a melhor localização, próximo às melhores praias da região na minha opinião, Praia Grande, Toninhas e a Praia da Enseada ( a minha preferida ). Sr.Maciel super solicito e gentil, tirou todas as minhas dúvidas. A casa já está na minha lista, na próxima viagem a Ubatuba, com certeza ficarei aí de novo! Recomendo!

Imóvel muito bom. Com bastante espaço externo. Espaço interno atendeu as nossas expectativas. Só uma sugestão : sentimos falta de um armário de parede mesmo, para guardar os mantimentos. Super recomendo. A zeladora Helena super prestativa e o proprietário Senhor Maciel nos atendeu com muito respeito e atenção. Adoramos. nota mil!

O imóvel é bem aconchegante, amplo e ventilado. Minha família ficou satisfeita durante a estadia, questionando apenas a respeito das goteiras existentes na área de churrasqueira, o que acabou impedindo os momentos de lazer durante a estadia em dias chuvosos.
