Furnished apartment with 1 bedroom, 24 'tv with satellite dish, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, blender, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils in general, wall fan, bathroom, service area with tank and clothesline, collective barbeque, shower and closed parking.

It is necessary to bring bed linen, table and bath.

We want to maintain a QUIET AND FAMILY ENVIRONMENT; we live in the house next door to better serve them.

Location: The apartment is located 600 meters from the beach of Tabatinga, between the cities of Caraguá and Ubatuba, near the beaches (Ponta Aguda, Mococa, Cocanha, Maranduba, Lagoinha).
