Large covered space with barbecue and pizza oven, pool deck and garden. Four parking spaces. The property is 100 meters from Lazarus beach and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Gated community with 24h security. Check in time after 12:00 pm and check out until 10:00 pm. THIS RENTAL REFERS ONLY TO THE PROPERTY. Paraíso!
A casa é espetacular, espaçosa, bonita, aconchegante, super bem equipada, limpeza excelente! O jardim foi um ponto alto na experiência da minha estadia, ficamos encantados com a quantidade e diversidade de plantas, flores e árvores. Localização perfeita, praia do Lázaro é ótima pra crianças. De dentro da casa, quando está de noite e mais silêncio, dá pra ouvir as ondas do mar. A piscina é ótima! O espaço pra churrasco é ótimo! O Ricardo foi super atencioso, paciente e responsivo quando tive dúvidas. Nossa viagem em família foi simplesmente perfeita e essa casa foi cenário de momentos que vamos guardar pra sempre com muito carinho!!

Pedacinho do Paraíso
Foram dias maravilhosos nesta casa que supera as expectativas de quem vê as fotos dela. A casa é super aconchegante, vidros na sala que permitem contemplar o lindo jardim. A suíte do andar superior é enorme, com banheiro grande e uma varanda deliciosa. A piscina é incrível, linda e super bem cuidada. O jardim maravilhoso pra quem ama contato com a natureza como eu é perfeito. A casa super perto da praia, uns 2 minutos a pé, o caminho é ótimo, o condomínio é super seguro e delicioso de passear. A praia é perfeita, linda e de mar calmo, excelente pra crianças. Eu, meu marido e nossa filha de 5 anos passamos dias incríveis de muita diversão e renovação de energias nesse pedacinho do paraíso. O proprietário foi sempre rápido para esclarecer dúvidas e solicitações. Muito honesto na negociação também, tivemos que voltar um dia antes e ele nos deixou com esse dia de crédito. Todos os funcionários da casa muito educados, piscineiro, jardineiro e a doce Marina que deixa a casa limpinha. Enfim, foi tudo ótimo e com certeza iremos voltar muitas vezes. Indico de olhos fechados!! Já fiz propaganda pra família toda!! Agradeço toda a atenção Ricardo.

Descanso no conforto
Casa espaçosa, limpa, com ótimos chuveiros, camas confortáveis e um aparato para que vc não precise sair de lá (forno de pizza, churrasqueira, piscina, etc.). Condomínio tranquilo e seguro. Foram ótimos dias e com certeza irei indicar aos conhecidos !

Casa ótima.
Casa muito boa, local muito seguro, eu e minha família adoramos. O que poderia melhora seria somente a forma de receber e entregar a casa, como chegamos e não tinha ninguém para entregar e explicar o funcionamento ficamos sem uma orientação inicial, apesar de ter o contato com o proprietário o tempo todo por telefone, e na entrega tivemos que deixar um cheque caução ficamos um pouco apreensivo por deixar a casa sem essa certeza mas no final deu tudo certo.
