"Being right on the beach was great. The pool, hot tub and seating area outside were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a relaxing vacation."

"The condo is located in a quieter section of Maui. We sat on our lanai and watched whales! Restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint was the bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on."

"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"Overall great place to stay. Our flight landed after hours and the phone line to check-in on was busy. We had to drive to another location to check-in. Other than that, we had a great stay. All the essential kitchen supplies and there was in room laundry which was a bonus. Great location to stay and would stay there again."

"This little condo is perfectly appointed, and couldn’t have a better location. It’s a corner unit, third floor, overlooking the ocean. The sea wall is below, maybe 20 feet out from the building, and you have a perfect view of Moloka’i to the right and Lanai to the left. We watched turtles feed in the water below our lanai, and whales spout and jump in the waters further out. It’s like a humpback superhighway during february, when we visited. "I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. "My husband and very much enjoyed this condo on the 12 floor. The view was spectacular and we saw a lot of whale activity from our balcony. Very clean and well stocked with essentials for our stay, washer and dryer in condo was a plus.Highly recommend!"

"Evelyn owns a lovely condo very close to Napili Bay entrance. The resort is well maintained, as is the condo. It was recently remodeled and very comfortable. We are repeat visitors to this condo and appreciate Evelyn’s communication "

"Unit has a great location with great views, lots of room for our 5 adults, clean, high quality, well-managed, host is great (helpful & informative). Property has a variety of pools (3), lovely beach with snorkeling (saw coral, fish, turtles), great restaurant (make reservations a few weeks in advance), underground parking (free), easy check-in & check-out. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Would recommend to everyone."

"Beautiful, peaceful and serene location. Be award that if the country sounds of roosters crowing will bother you- stay somewhere else. We enjoyed them, they are a part of our farm at home. You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating Host, in Annie. She was always available and willing to help with needs and answer questions.
