"A terrific property set in a quiet location close to Nottingham Road amenities. A perfect place to base to explore the Midlands. Staff were excellent - we were the only two guests staying at the time and were extremely well looked after."

However, the host did not tell us we would be sharing the house with other guests abs this caused a startle with those we found in the house already. The gyser was not working and this was on a 9degree Celsius weather where we had to take a night and morning cold shower. "The stay was ok as the location was convenient for the function I was attending. I had to pay extra for breakfast which I dont recall from the booking. The carpets were were shabby as was the 2 seater couch. The bed linen was clean! I was given a family unit. The space was awkward to move around due to the sleeper couch and 2 seater couch."
