Luxury Townhouse with OCEAN FRONT Views & HEATED POOL!

COMPLETE INTERIOR RENOVATION was completed in 2023!!
Oceanfront Oasis is located mid island just a short walk to the pier and strand. Luxury Living Savannah's Oceanfront Oasis is an exclusive property for those who choose to vacation in style and will accept nothing less than a luxury oceanfront location with panoramic ocean views.

Our gated & private complex has just installed 2 brand new pools, lounge furnishings & renovated the restaurant and it looks GREAT!!

Frequent sightings of dolphins and daily scenes of large container vessels heading to the Savannah Shipping Channel make binoculars a must! The rhythmic crashing of waves signal low tide, which is the perfect time for walking or biking on our wide beaches!

You are met with breath taking ocean view in the open floor plan. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open to the large sliding glass doors that open to the deck and the ocean! The deck is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and alfresco dining with seating for six.
The townhouse is 3-stories with the garage, main entrance and rear patio on the ground level. Next to the custom, hand-painted mural (painted by a local artist) you will ascend one flight of stairs to the main living floor. Here is an open, spacious plan with living, dining and kitchen all open to the views from our 2nd floor balcony. There is one bedroom on this level with king size bed and full bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Up to the top/3rd floor is the master and 3rd bedroom. The master has a king bed, private balcony views, and en-suite full bathroom. The bathroom has 2 vanities and a large walk-in shower. The bedrooms are separated by a laundry closet with full sized washer/dryer for your use. The last bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

All bedrooms have wall-hung smart TVs that are ready to stream your favorite apps. Bring your passwords! We have free WiFi but no cable.

PARKING INFO:
There is a 2 car garage under the townhouse and private parking for 1 additional car in the parking lot. No other vehicles, trailers or RVs allowed. This is a gated, private complex.

Upon reserving you will receive multiple emails from our booking software called ESCAPIA and/or Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam folders.

NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort, including NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS!
This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforces this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City.

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 6 people, including children/infants, at any/all times.

No pets. No smoking.

Cancellations:
If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the credit card processing fee. We use a 3rd party credit card processing company & they do NOT refund these fees to us if a guest cancels.
You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee PLUS the credit card processing fee.
This is regardless of VRBO’s policy.

The property is perfectly situated to enjoy quiet by the beach but only a short bike ride to south beach and the pavilion. The home is very nice and comfortable.

Magical week @ Oceanfront Oasis! Fun days on the beach spotting Dolphins, pelicans and even met a real mermaid! Condo super nice comfortable Beds! Plenty of space for our family. The garage and back door to the beach was a bonus. Restaurant and bar on site was a nice convenience.

Beautiful townhouse! Incredibly clean and great communication with the owner. Steps from the beach and the view is gorgeous. It's located at the beginning of the island, so the main restaurants are ~4 minute drive or 30 min walk but we did not mind at all. *Bring your own beach towels!

Great visit to Tybee
The condo we rented was very nice, recently renovated. Was very comfortable and a great location with private access to the beach. Would definitely rent again but since the renovations were made after we rented before our visit the price has gone way up and we won’t be able to afford the new price. If you can afford it you will enjoy it.

Fabulous stay
We had a fabulous stay at this property, it was clean, larger than I anticipated, and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The views and accessibility to the beach were amazing. They even have a hose in the back to wash your feet. We’ve never been to Tybee before, and I’m glad we stayed here to enjoy it. We could walk to the ocean and things like a dolphin tour, lighthouse, and Savannah were all a close drive. The pool and restaurant (The Deck) were a plus, too! Thanks again!

Family vacation
We so enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island! The townhouse was perfect for our needs. The house was very clean, well equipped and the furniture was very comfortable. It was very quiet and convenient to restaurants and the IGA grocery store. The view was spectacular with beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed tour of the island from Jack, a history Professor of Tybee Tour Company. She was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. We did have to call Luxury Living Savannah regarding the upstairs air conditioning but they were very attentive and willing to send someone out. Also, the coffee maker did not work properly. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Girls trip long over due.
Suzanne was wonderful to work with. We had originally scheduled our trip early in the year but hurricane season required us to change dates. With Suzanne’s assistance we were able to rent the same condo but now completely renovated. We were not disappointed. Beds were all very comfortable and the bedding was more upscale than most vrbo put in. Condo offered everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest Is to replace the patio chairs on main living area deck as fabric is very thin and finish on arms of chairs is wearing off. Dishes etc were all of nice quality. We would stay here again.

Convenient to what the island has to offer as well as proximity to Savannah. On the beach which was great for walks. Pool hours were limited, the bar and restaurant onsite were on a limited schedule and the pool area was worn - not sure how much of this is Covid driven or just the beginning of the low season. If you are heading to Tybee Island, this is a nice little place to stay.

Great townhouse location and view of Tybee Beach.
The home was a great stay. Plenty of space in the house for your family. We watched the Sunrise each morning; great views from both decks. Accessing the property and the communication was great. They even had a book of all the questions we could think of and recommendations of the area. Kitchen had everything we needed, also had a gas and charcoal grill. Beds were comfortable. Would have liked a few blankets and extra towels for use, we had to wash for our 5 night stay. This house had stairs so my older mom stayed on the main level but she had to walk up from the garage. Wifi, TV and streaming services. Great garage for parking but tight, we had a mini van and it was tight. Overall we loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Disappointing
The property location on the water is the main plus. The furniture in the unit is shiny with old grime. The rugs are stained and filthy. The house took two days to air out from heavy chemical smells from cleaning. Management was good. Very helpful with late entry after no code had been sent. Won’t return.

Great Location, good views, showing wear.
We loved being so close to such a lovely beach. A bonus was being within walking distance of Sundae Cafe--a great lunch and dinner spot. There were several downsides. The directions to anything are confusing (which pool? where is the garbage? how do we get out of the parking lot on foot?). The furniture was once very nice, but is now showing age. The master bath was nicely redone, but other bathrooms were also showing age. The garbage disposal stopped working (might be common given the large bottle of drain-o under the sink.) Overall, we were glad we rented this place simply because of the location, but I don't think we'll be back to Tybee.

Some girlfriends and I enjoyed a relaxing quick weekend getaway! The condo was perfect! The location, the view, the access to the beach and the cleanliness of the condo was A++! I definitely would recommend it!!

Hurricane stops play
We only got to spend 18 hours at the property. The property was a real home from home with views for miles. Perfect location, well equipped with comfy beds! Unfortunately Hurricane Helene changed its track and Tybee was hit some powerful outer bands knocking out power we d coded to cut the trip short with estimates to restore power at 5 days. Such a shame, but we will come back in the future.
