Prepare for the ultimate family vacation in this custom built 3 story Luxury home. This home will sleep 12 guests comfortably and has one of the BEST VIEWS and unbelievable sunsets on the island. The home is equipped with a Full kitchen, Pool Table, Foosball table and a large backyard hangout with fire pit and hot tub! It also boasts 2 king size beds as well as an indoor jacuzzi in the master suite.

This is a 5 bedroom home with a full kitchen and an unbelievable backyard with panoramic views of the marsh. The sunset views on this property are unbeatable. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as a grill for outdoor cooking. You are also walking distance to the beach (about 4 blocks, a straight shot to the 6th street beach access) and centrally located on the island so about equal distance to the north and south end.

There is free parking on the premises and enough space to fit 4 cars. Guests will enter up the stairs through the front door with an electronic key code for easy access to the property .

Please note** Parking on the island is metered to the city, and is strictly enforced.
This property is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops so there is an option to rent a golf cart or bikes to get to your destinations with free easy parking.

his home is located "mid island" right on the marsh. You are Walking Distance to the beach. This home is in a very quiet and relaxing part of Tybee with some of the most unreal sunsets and views you will ever witness.

Free parking is available at the property. Once you are settled, there are options to rent golf carts and bikes for the duration of your stay on the island.

Needs maintenance and cleaning
We had a great time, beautiful big house and lots to do at a great location. The house needs a lot of maintenance, especially exterior, ceilings are literally falling in at a few exterior locations. Water damage is present in the master bedroom closet, looks like it is old damage, but should be repaired, does not provide luxury feeling. The house appeared to be clean, but 2 of the rooms beds had insects in them. One of the occupants woke up with a huge welt on their arm from an insect bite. Unacceptable bedding should always be clean! We never received check in information so had to reach out to owner. The owner was very helpful and answered all questions as well as provided check in instructions. The home is very well stocked for cooking if you want to cook, like we did. The grill is present but does not work properly. I hate leaving a poor review but feel like you should know what to expect.

My VRBO experience
My only issue was checking in, but the host was responsive and empathetic with us arriving after 10pm. The shower head on the top floor did not have much pressure for showering, but overall I would give this location a 4 star and would refer and stay again.

Large House on Marsh
My friends and I traveled to Tybee Island as a sort of college reunion. The house was very accommodating for five adults, and provided enough space for everyone to enjoy the house comfortably. The only comments I would have would be to replace the pool cues as the tips as all but one were either missing or broken, and replace the door handles in the exterior sliding doors. Those were pretty minor issues though. Overall the house was great. Very large living room with plenty of seating. Porch was nice to sit in the evening and look out over the marsh. Kitchen had a large fridge and a mini fridge for drinks. The showers had great pressure and hot water. You actually could feel clean after a long day at the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, but we rented a golf cart which made getting to the beach a breeze. There was no noise that I noticed from the adjoining unit when inside the unit. Great stay, would highly recommend.

I sent a separate email earlier with all the issues.Not the cleanest place. We would not stay again. With as much as we were charged, the accommodations were subpar. A lot of things didn't work, no washcloths available, furniture with scratches, fans didn't work, blemder never worked., shower hwlead upstairs corroded and green, just disgusting. No way to get out the backyard withiout disturbing the guests on the bottom. The overall setup and cleaniness wasn't good for us.

Overall, we give this property the highest rating. Everything was clean, good condition, working order, the property manager was very pleasant to deal with, our "kids" had plenty to do with the basketball, corn hole, hot tub, etc and close enough to easily walk to the beach. Thanks so much for helping to make our sons weekend fantastic. We will be back and highly recommend !
