One bedroom condos with a view on South Beach are hard to find, but this one has it all with an ocean view from the deck and located just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, shops and restaurants. This comfortable unit is just what you need for a great Tybee vacation.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Very nice property

The property was in a great location and was very clean. While not gig enough for an entire family, it had plenty of space my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to our next stay there.

Great weekend getaway

Property was ideally located to the beach, pier, downtown area and Savannah. The condo is cute, clean, and well maintained with all the amenities you could need. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Wife's bday getaway

We're actually locals from savannah, who just needed a little getaway. My wife loved it we literally never had to drive the car after we park. Perfect walking location to everything you want and or need.

Excellent location just off the beach, close to everything. Clean, comfortable place could use a little updating but over all great place. The balcony and swing are a great place to hang out. Check in wasn’t very clear on where to pick up keys, an address would have been better than landmarks as it as you enter island not near unit.

Great unit close to the beach, shops and great bites! Didn’t have to drive anywhere. Flooring has been updated and there is no carpet in the unit. We had everything we needed. The balcony was a great hangout spot. Living room was comfy for evenings. Would for sure stay again!

Perfect Location!

Great late summer getaway. The condo was as described in the listing. Lots of space, clean, kitchen was fully outfitted. The location was within walking distance to eateries, bars and shops. The beach was across the street. Ocean view a plus. Stairs may be an issue for older folks as unit was on the third floor.

Tybee Island VRBO

The property was good but needs several items addressed. Front step was loose by the front door, carpets need cleaned, toilet ran occasionally if you weren't paying attention, bowl was loose, wall with the towel rack needs cleaned. I think these issues are more of the cleaning service not saying anything than on the owner. The place had everything you need for a stay and we would definitely come back to this unit if it were available.

Awesome location

The best thing about this place is definitely the location and being on the top floor. We loved sitting on the porch swing and looking out at the ocean. It’s such a short walk to the beach and a ton of good restaurants. The only negative things we have to say are the directions from the office to the condo were super confusing and the road signs are really hard to find. The parking instructions were also super confusing at first. The bed was also not very comfortable and super creeky, often waking us up when the other would turn over at night. It took a little extra time but we eventually got it figured out and everything else was pretty smooth otherwise! Thank you for providing such an affordable stay so close to everything!

Location, location, location

Tough to beat this places location. Just across the strand to a pier and you’re on the beach. Lots of food and beverage options within walking distance. Parked our car at the premises on Monday and did not use it until we left Friday. The unit is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. The layout was nice with a king size bed. Kitchen was decent but cabinets needed some upgrading. The carpet was stained and the exterior needs to be sprayed down. It’s dirty. Someone wrote ‘clean me’ on the outside wall to a unit. Check in was a snap and all went well. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were all useful. Nice to have an ice maker.

Great location

The unit was a good size with a well stocked kitchen. There was a huge stain on the living room carpet. The porch offered a great view of the water but was just inches from the adjoining neighbor. Trying to find the rental office was confusing and took quite some time to find. The address wasn't what our GPS told us. We received a text from the rental office AFTER we had already searched for it, telling us exactly where to go to get checked in and that the GPS wouldn't help. And then we had to figure out where to pick up our key code and parking info. We won't use this rental company again.
