Not what you expect
I recently had a disappointing experience with our reservation for our original unit which we booked on July 26th. Due to a hurricane in the area, we were informed that we needed to be relocated to another unit due to damage to the original unit. When I reached out for more information, I was told the new unit would be closer to the beach. However, when we checked in, we found that our newly assigned unit was actually two units further from the beach, and the original Unit was occupied by other guests. This raised concerns about the commitment to honoring reservations made in advance. Additionally, our attempts to get clarification via text went unanswered, which added to our frustration. The condition of the new unit was disappointing as well—it fell short of the quality depicted in the photos of the original unit. We encountered several issues, including a refrigerator handle that was falling off, broken deck chairs, and the absence of the deck swing that was part of our original reservation. Overall, I would advise caution when booking, as our experience left much to be desired. We will not be returning in the future to any of the properties managed by this particular management company.
