All surfaces are disinfected between guests. This unit has its own private porch entry. We have a no-contact check in and check out process.

Key Lime Condo in Coral House. 1/2 block to the beach --- Tybee Island's wide white-sand beach. Large porch. Privacy fence.

This apartment is on two levels. On the ground level is a king bedroom, a living/kitchen area, and a bathroom. A spiral stairway leads from the living area to the loft where you will find a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the back yard. This is not a large condo and is not for large groups. For maximum comfort we have limited occupancy to 4 people.

The loft and balcony are on the middle level of the house. Another apartment is above. We have provided sound insulation between the apartments, but loud noises and heavy footsteps can still carry from above.

A beach access ramp is at the end of our block. The ramp crosses about 50 feet of dunes and ends on the beach. Just as close is another beach access where you are allowed to walk a path through the dunes to the beach.

Nice stay, close to beach. Nice park near by and Tybee lighthouse within walking distance also. Great place to ‘crash’ after shell hunting on beach or shopping in Savannah all day!

A BEACH COTTAGE
This cottage met the pictures and description very well. It was easy to find and at a great location. Super clean and well though out. We enjoyed or stay and would recommend it for a couple.

Perfect location
We have stayed at Key Lime Condo twice now. The location is perfect--very close to the beach, close to a park in old Fort Screven that is nice for walking the dog, and very close walking distance to such excellent restaurants as Sundae Cafe, Salt Island, and The Deck.

"pink house"
We loved the "pink house!" It was cute and cozy with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and a few places to eat (including Sugar Shack and Pizza on Wheels). We had a great time! Thank you for sharing Key Lime Condo :-)

We came to Tybee Island for a short getaway with some friends. The condo had everything we needed (plus more). The beach was right down the road and we were able to use a provided wagon which was extremely helpful! There were plenty of restaurants (including an ice cream shop!!) within walking distance.
