Home on the Ocean on Tybee Island

This lovely oceanfront town home located on Tybee Island's south end features panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Little Tybee Island. The property was just recently renovated as seen in the pictures. While still maintaining its close proximity to all the islands wonderful eateries, shops and activities it has a feeling of isolation that promotes its tenants to sit back and relax on their vacation. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is beautifully decorated and full of all the amenities that you would expect in a top notch rental.

Great Beach Getaway
We had an amazing stay! You can’t ask for a better location! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean or making the short walk to sit on the beach. We loved the property and it had everything we needed. Check in and check out we’re easy too. Definitely a great stay and highly recommended!

Great location
Great house for 3-5 people. Everything is very comfortable, ie seating, sofa and beds. Love the view from both outside porches. I read a lot out there because it was shaded and breezy. We had everything we could need. The stairs are challenging going up into the unit, which if you have physical limitations would pose a problem. Thankfully not for us! Overall, enjoyed it and its location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants very much!

Quick trip to Tybee
It was our first trip to the Island. The townhome was in the perfect location on the beach!! Loved that it was less congested area. The home was well stocked and had perfect beach views!

Great property with amazing views. Convenient to beach, shops, and food. Just a short trip into Savannah. Steps have been mentioned in a lot of reviews but those were no problem for us.

Truly on the beach!
Great 2 bedroom town home directly on the beach. Very welcoming. Sunrise in the morning and just a couple of minutes to walk to the inlet/back river to see gorgeous sunsets. 5 minute walk to the pier, restaurants, bars , and shops. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous home, clean, well stocked kitchen. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this beach house; it did not disappoint. 😀 I will say that having instructions on how to lock the key pad would be helpful. (We figured it out, but it would have been easier to have instructions ahead of time). All around wonderful experience!

This property was fantastic! The Host was very responsive and everything listed was provided. Great kitchen area; lots of room, counter tops and cupboard space. But the best part was the sunrise and sunset views right from the decks. So amazing and just 100 steps from the beach...

We had a wonderful time at Home on the Beach.
The rental was spacious and comfortable. Ticky had it well stocked with household items that we would have usually had to buy at other rentals, washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. We love being right on the beach with all the decks. We will be back.

WONDERFUL Stay!
We loved the proximity of the home to the beach especially with our little kids and needing naps. The home had a fresh exterior paint job so looked better than photos. The cleaning crew could have maybe done a little better, but honestly the home was wonderful! We had a wonderful bonding time away filled with making memories. The kitchen is spacious and we all enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU! :)

The Best in Tybee
This house is the best in Tybee. Best location (ON THE BEACH!), at the south end with far less beach 'traffic', an incredible house with direct view to the beach from the family room and the master suite. We could see and hear the ocean 24 hours a day. We had a couple of questions for the owner who is a delight to talk to! I've been to Tybee many times. I highly recommend 4 19th Street!!
