Great Tybee location

Accurate listing. Very clean. Outstanding ocean view and immediate beach access. No problems. Terrific north Tybee location: away from the pier crowd, but pier is walkable by beach or sidewalk. A couple nice restaurants nearby.

The house was immaculate with stunning views of the beach. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved staying here. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. A wonderful location and beautiful home. The home owner was very responsive and helpful. The sunrise from the balconies are breathtaking. It was a huge perk to be able to walk to the beach from your back door.

Wonderful beach front house

My parents, my sister, and our spouses stayed here for the week and it was a perfect getaway. The porches were wonderful and we all spent a lot of time there. The main living space was open and easily had enough space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The property was also very well stocked with beach chairs and comfortable deck furniture. There were multiple convenience stores within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and I would absolutely recommend this property!

2023 Vacation

We loved the house and the location to the beach. The house was very clean and true to pictures, perfect! The garage was wonderful and an added bonus, it helped to keep all the sand out of the home. The house had beach chairs and boards. Not a single issue with the house. We would definitely stay at the home again.

Picture Perfect

What a beautiful house and outstanding view. We stayed in between Christmas and New Years Eve to visit family who had moved recently to the area. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The view could not be beat, so close to the beach. We enjoyed watching the large ships occasionally come and go from the river then out to sea. It was also a very easy walk on the beach to the lighthouse. Some of us even skipped another trip into Savannah just to stay at the house to soak in the atmosphere and relax. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and the open concept on the main level had plenty of room. What more could you ask for. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic Property and Location!

This property is amazing - as good if not better then the pictures show. Location is great a few steps and you are on the beach, and 1-2 blocks from some of best restaurants on the island. There is also a convenience store and liquor store 2 blocks away which is convenient and easy. There were no corners cut in this house. Deck was amazing to sit on and watch the waves at night too. Plan on coming back with our kids next year! As a note it’s very easy to get a grocery delivery from Publix as well for families or couples who like to eat a couple meals a day at the house. Host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had too.

Perfect Vacation Apr 27 - May 3, 2024

We originally booked 5 nights, later added 2 more nights for a total of 7 and we were so glad we did. The house looks incredible on VRBO and it was amazing in person! The description had some firm rules and it was exactly what we would have expected for our own home. All the amenities of home were there including a charcoal filled brand new Weber Pot grill that we made use of a few times. The lower level (~4 car garage) had chairs, a picnic table and louvered doors that opened up to the back patio area.. The The 2nd floor is the family room with a powder room & kitchen with great views. The 3rd floor has a master suite and 2 other bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. The views from wrap around balcony accessed from the master and another bedroom were beautiful. The location is great. We were able to walk to local restaurants and just a couple miles away from a grocery store. The communication with the owner was great, text and emails were responded to promptly. We will be back. Only negative item is the 3 flights of stairs that that could be an issue for some people.

We want to live here forever!

Our family of 6, all adults, stayed for our Christmas trip the week before Christmas. The biggest plus of this house is location, location, location. It was just so enjoyable to have coffee on the deck, listen to the ocean at night with the doors cracked. We did have 2 rainy days but the view was still so inviting! The house is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and great room for all 6 of us! Everyone wants to come back for a week in the summer. Great communication as well. Everything 5 stars! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

2nd Visit

My family loved this beach house so much last year that we returned again! The kids were beyond excited to return as were my husband and I. This year we had another family staying with us and there was definitely enough room for everyone! Best spot on the beach, literally step out of the garage directly onto the beach! We'd set up our spot on the beach in the morning and stay there all day; we had the house within steps when we needed anything! Located on the desirable north end of the beach away from the crowded and more touristy south end. Walk the beach and find shells and sand dollars, watch dolphins from the deck. Kids can boogie board their hearts out. PERFECT beach vacation if you are looking for relaxation....we already plan to return again next year!

Perfect house for the perfect vacation on Tybee!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful beach front home! The house was clean and just as beautiful as promised by the pictures! Caroline was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in coordinating our stay, always promptly answering any question I had. The house had everything we needed for our week stay, including a well equipped kitchen. The house is in a great location, just a short walk down the beach is the lighthouse. The house was quiet and it was nice to have our privacy. I loved that the beach was never crowded, it was perfect for our family vacation! We vacationed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 2) and had plenty of room for everyone, everyone enjoyed the house and was sad to leave (even the 2 year old was saying she "loved that beach house so much"). On mulitple occassions we were able to watch dolphins playing from the house and/or the beach just in front of the house. We were even approached on the beach by another couple who were interested in renting the house and wanted to know how we liked it. It truly is the perfect beach house for the perfect stay on Tybee Island. We all hope to return to Tybee and will not hesitate to stay here again...in fact I look forward to it!

Great Property and Excellent View

I just stayed a week at this property. I have been to Tybee Island the past 3 years, and I normally stayed at the property to the left of this property with the 3 properties in the pink building. I stayed on the corner property which has excellent views of the ocean from every angle. I had made recommendations for upgrades because the appliances were old and upgrades were needed to the property, so I didn't want to stay there again. I was fortunate to find this property. I was familiar with the area and was more than pleased when I stepped inside. The property is clean, spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean. You are literally steps away from the beach. I love the 2 outdoor levels and spent time laying out on the deck listening to the ocean. Very peaceful. I stayed with my best friend, but if you have more in your party, there is a nice area in the garage that you can open up for several people in case you wanted to have a cookout or socialize. The beds are very comfortable, and I rested well. The only recommendation I would make is to put a TV in bedroom that faces the ocean. My friend stayed in that bedroom and was hoping there would be a TV, especially at night when you can't really see the ocean. Other than that, the bedrooms were very comfortable. The property was fully stacked with everything you need, and the host was accessible and responsive. I highly recommend you stay here.

Amazing House, Deck and Views

We had an amazing stay. The house is very clean and well cared for. Caroline was accessible for any questions. If we return to Tybee Island, this is where we will stay again! The outdoor polywood deck furniture are so comfortable.The breeze on the balcony allows you to enjoy it no matter how hot it is. And because of the L shape balcony, you can always find a shady spot to enjoy. There are even outlets on the balcony. The ground floor is a two car garage to keep the sand and sun off your vehicles. It is a narrow driveway. We have a mid size SUV and it took some backing up and going forward a few times, but then we were in. In the garage you will also find a nice deck table and chairs, along with many beach chairs to utilize. The garage doors have a remote that makes getting in and out of the house a breeze. One thing to note, the garage no longer has a view of the ocean since a dune has been built up. It’s also nice that there is a hose to rinse feet off here. When you go upstairs, you arrive in the open concept kitchen and living area with huge glass doors to the balcony for views all around of the beach and ocean. The living room has a very new-looking high back leather couch and two fabric chairs along with ottomans. A large flat screen TV sits on a stand which has a few books, games and puzzles. The kitchen has a round table with six chairs and is fairly well stocked with basic pots/ pans, bowls, plates, plenty of silverware, and a variety of glasses, mugs and wine glasses. There is a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The washer and dryer are behind closed doors off the kitchen. Make sure you bring laundry supplies as they are not supplied, along with paper towels and extra garbage bags. This floor also has a half bath. More stairs leads you to the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a bunk bed with a double bed on bottom and a twin on the top. The next bedroom (has an ocean view/door to the balcony) has a queen bed. Bathroom is in the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstand, dresser and walk-in closet with shelving. Two walls are windows/doors to the balcony with fantastic views. They both have blinds. The master bath has one sink and a shower. The water pressure in both showers is amazing. It does a great job washing the sand and sunscreen off! All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two thermostats, one for each level for your comfort. The location of this beach house is perfect. You can walk to restaurants.

Amazing Property!!

We had a wonderful few days at this absolutely beautiful property. Could not have asked for a better location on the beach. House was immaculate and had plenty of space for 5 adult family members. Loved the porches as well as the additional garage space. Would highly recommend! Our only suggestion would be to ensure the living room tv worked and replace the ironing board which was not usable. This certainly didn’t make a difference to us but may help future renters. Great vacation!!
