SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH
This is a duplex. Each side has private entrance and screen porch with privacy patio curtains. It is completely private from the Side B.
Newly added, hanging twin bed size on screened porch!
Enjoy a perfect beach getaway in this wonderfully restored and renovated Jane Coslick Design cottage. Great location in the historical North end near the Lighthouse and next to million dollar houses on Officer's Row.
You will be transported back in time to a carefree feeling with the vintage furnishings and happy colors. Everything is top quality and comfortably thought out. The master bedroom with a queen bed opens onto the main bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, cozy and built nook style under great large windows. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. A large open kitchen and living/dining area are great for the family's time together, making great memories. The large side screened porch is a wonderful respite for an early coffee, perfect lunch and dinner spot on the picnic table with the BBQ right outside, and a great place to nap and read. You will never want to leave!
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which opens right into the main bath, perfect for a shower anytime and wonderful to wash off the sand from a day at the beach.
Walk, run or bike around the paved path in the park right behind the cottage. The kids will love the playground at the far end.
2 Flat screen Smart TV's with cable and wifi connected for Netflix, Amazon, etc.
Washer and dryer are provided so you can pack light with no worries.

Perfect Cottage for our Special Moment
This cottage was perfect for our special occasion. It was so welcoming when we arrived. The screened in porch was great to wake up to and just go sit and enjoy the morning. It is located a perfect distance from the beach. We would definitely stay there again and I recommend others to enjoy it as well.

Historic cottage well supplied and artfully decorated.
Wonderful older neighborhood near North Beach and neighborhood park. Great place for biking before And after beaching. Duplex worked well for 2 sisters in each side. Enjoyed our porch time, too.

This is the most precious cottage! I have stayed in several places on Tybee and this by far is my favorite. The location to the beach great also. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at Evelyn's cottage. The beach is close, and the neighborhood is quiet. The cottage is well-equipped, and so beautifully designed that it's a delight for the eyes. I could not recommend it more warmly.

Charming & Comfortable Stay
We loved the cottage, which is just as adorable in real life as it is in the photos. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and relax, both inside and outside on the wonderful screened porch. It's a very short walk to the beach and being on the north end of the island made it easy to get into Savannah or go explore the area more broadly. We hope to visit again someday!

The house is very cute. The screened in porch is wonderful to sit on in the evening. It's a quick walk to the beach, the lighthouse, and the science center. A few great restaurants, especially Sundae Cafe, are walkable, as well. There's also a nearby playground our daughter enjoyed playing at.

Tybee Winter Getaway
It was a delight staying in this attractively decorated, comfortable house. It’s location on the island is convenient to the beach and local attractions and shopping. It’s roomy inside, on the screened-in porch, and in the yard that surrounds the house and adjoins the park. Renting this and the attached unit would be perfect for a family/group or two separate families vacationing together.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The managers were very helpful. The outdoor shower was great for washing sand off after going to the beach which is only a short walk from the beach.
