This beautiful house is in an ideal location, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms with many great household amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. The house itself is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk to one of the most bustling streets in town, Tybreesa Street, and a 15-minute walk to the grand Tybee pier. Even though the house is located on one of the busier sides of the island, it still manages to be a very quiet and peaceful stay. If you want to grab a bite to eat, some of the best restaurants are just around the corner and offer great experiences with their unique themes. Don't worry about parking, you can walk to all the shops and eateries. Perfect location!
Enjoyed a nice winter stay with my college aged daughters and their friends. Location is super convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach and the pier. Everything within a few minutes walk!

This was the perfect house for a weekend in Tybee. Close to the beach and restaurants. We come to Tybee every summer and only want to stay in this house from now on! Communication with the host was also wonderful!

We took our Daughter and a few of her friends here to celebrate her 16th birthday. This house far exceeded our expectations. The layout and location was absolutely perfect. The Host, Betsy, was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back !!

It was our first time to Tybee. This property was just exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach, several restaurants and shops. Weather was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed the screened in porch every morning and evening. The property is very clean and well kept! We would definitely stay here again!!

Our family stayed 4 nights. It was a great location. It had everything we needed. There are shops, restaurants & a convenience store within walking distance. Bring your beach towels & sunscreen! There was an Xbox in one of the bedrooms. There are a few board games & lots of chairs/seating.

Great location in beautiful area
We booked this weekend and was our first trip to Tybee. The house was well kept and just as described. We didn’t leave the island all weekend because we had everything we needed within walking distance.

Perfect spot for fun and entertainment
We had a blast. This little beach spot is roomy and comfortable. My family had a wonderful stay we had great places to eat in walking distance and everything we needed to cook if we stayed in. It feels homey and just the right touches we had a great time. The patrons in the community were great the food was awesome and I have to mention I really loved watching the windsurfing on the beach.

Wonderful place to stay while in Tybee!
This is a beautiful house with very charming decor, fully equipped, comfortable beds, ping-pong and basketball in the enclosed parking area below the house and a lovely screened in porch with a swing and comfy chairs. And close to the pier and steps to the beach. We couldn’t have found anything better anywhere. Highly recommend this house for anyone who wants to have a fabulous time in Tybee Island.

Upon entry to the property, we were impressed. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The open concept was very nice as well as the large island. Close to beach entrance and within walking distance of great food and fun. We would stay here again without a second thought.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday!
My husband, myself and our 4 children stayed here over Thanksgiving. We had great time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and every room was very comfy. The beach was so close and we enjoyed it even though it was pretty cold and it was a short drive to Savannah. We all a great time and we'd love to come back soon!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves as a family of 4. Very close to the beach ⛱️ and restaurants. We only had to drive to the dolphin tour. Everything else we were able to walk. Very spacious kitchen and screened in porch.

This house was awesome. Very clean, even though the carpet in the bedrooms were stained in some places, it was overall a very clean house. We did want to rearrange some of the pictures on the walls, but we refrained, lol. It was also very well stocked with the essentials, we were pleasently surprised with how well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom towels, etc. it was, and all the stuff in the kitchen was a plus! The fact that Xfinity cable was provided was nice, no on had to sign in to a streaming service to watch tv. We loved all the beach accessories that were available to take with us to the beach & of course that it was so close to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again next year!

Exactly what we were looking for…
The property was nice, clean and suited us and our needs. Great location, literally right by the beach. The only thing was communication from the property manager was non existent. We got there early and asked if early check in was possible, no response. Called several times and her phone was turned off. So needless to say we waited until the exact time to check in and luckily there were no issues since we couldn’t get in contact. Even through out our stay and after she never reached out to apologize for the lack of response or contact. But it is what it is. We had a nice time otherwise. Would stay here again.

Girls weekend fun
The house was perfect for our girls weekend trip. It was close to the beach, had appropriate amount of pots/pans, and cleanliness throughout the home. The host was responsive to any questions/issues we had. Only improvement would be to have the dishwasher serviced. It didn’t want to clean the dishes very well.
