Summary:
Welcome to our two upstairs units that make the most relaxing getaway! Condo B has 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom and can sleep 6. Condo C has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and can sleep 8. Both units have easy access to the beach (take the boardwalk across the street!), have off-street parking, are within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and can accommodate fourteen guests total! Family-friendly and pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Unit B: This is an upstairs unit. Guests will climb the exterior wooden stairs and enter through the front door labeled with a "B" by using a digital keypad. Enter into the open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a SmartTV. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential kitchenware items to prepare meals during your stay. A table with four chairs provides seating for meals.
This unit has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The full bathroom separates the two rooms and has a stand-up shower.
Access to the patio is through the living room.
Across the street is a walking path to the beach!
Unit C: This is an upstairs unit. Guests will climb the exterior wooden stairs and enter through the front door labeled with a "C" by using a digital keypad. Enter into the hallway leading to all areas of the condo. The first door on the left is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom on the right has two full beds. The next door on the right is the laundry room. The second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is across from the laundry space. At the end of the hall, you will find the open-concept fully-equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room. The living room has a sofa bed, two chairs, and a SmartTV. Additional seating is available at the dining table with four chairs.
Access to the patio is through the living room.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. We are just a few doors down from The Sugar Shack!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
