Give yourself the vacation you deserve! Right on the Beach! New $100K plus Custom Dock completed in March of 2017. This well-appointed completely renovated home completed in May of 2015, professionally designed 3 bedroom (the bunk bedroom is small - 10.5 x 10.5, best suited for kids or teenagers), 2 bathroom home boasts incredible ocean views from almost every room with private 20' x 30' custom dock house (no floating dock) completed in 2017, plush bedroom suites, gourmet kitchen, four flat screen televisions, Wi-Fi, and the best sunset views on Tybee Island. Only 1 of 3 homes with a private dock on Tybee Island with beach access directly in front of the home. All Tybee beach areas are public including the beach in front of my home. Expect beachgoers and beach crowds to be on the beach directly in front of my home. Enjoy your choice of three outdoor porches, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset. Best location on Tybee for sunbathing, kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding. A true island getaway that’s literally steps away from the sandy beach.

Super View and Location
Chose this place as a a prelude to family Thanksgiving get together. Wanted a beach with water view and this place delivered. Given the time of year, it was delightfully quiet. The cottage is nicely decorated and well equipped. We enjoyed using the kayaks.

Just Perfect All Around
There wasn’t anything NOT to like here. Our host was very communicative, home was spotlessly clean, location cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the dock (even in the cold) to watch the dolphin play. We loved taking the kayaks out. We loved the speaker system so we could listen to yacht rock no matter where we chose to relax. We loved being able to walk to many restaurants and the beach. Just a great stay!!

I have been coming to Tybee for 60 years. This is by far my favorite place I have stayed House is comfortable, clean and front porch is wonderful. My family and I can’t wait until our next visit.

First Trip to Tybee
My family and I had an amazing stay. This house is truly a little piece of paradise. The convenience of being right on the beach with little ones and all the other perks of the location made our vacation stress free. Family Vacation
This was my family’s 3rd time visiting tybee and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed! The location is perfect, and you have everything you need right there. The host is super helpful with suggestions on where to go while there too. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Absolutely Beautiful Spot
Our stay was wonderful - house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and well designed for families. The location is unbeatable. River views out the front, great for wildlife watching, fishing and coffee on the porch. With just a short beach walk you’re at the Atlantic for different waterfront vibes! The island is bikeable and we absolutely loved being a short drive to Savannah to enjoy all the city has to offer. We had an unbelievable time on our first visit to Tybee!
