There is a private patio with outdoor seating. Downstairs there is a shared picnic area with charcoal grills. Guests must purchase their own charcoal.
Guests will be provided with a door code for keyless entry in their check in instructions. Check in instructions are sent 24 hours prior to arrival. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. The property provides private, free parking in the parking garage for up to 2 vehicles maximum. Additional vehicles must park in the metered parking on the street.
