"I loved the easy entry to the property. Using a number I know instead of something I would need to remember makes it a breeze. The amenities were great. Very clean. The rug in front of the main door kept getting caught under the door because of the fluffy carpet which was inconvenient so I moved it. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"We enjoyed staying here during our weekend trip to the north shore. The apartment was warm and well decorated. Beds were plush and comfy. Keypad entry was easy. Parking was on the road just outside the apartment. Neighborhood felt safe. Enjoyed the interesting Minnesota themed book selections. We even enjoyed a game of Yahtzee together. We’ll look forward to our next trip. "

For anyone bringing children, the space had a few decorations that were at child level but we recognized that beforehand and planned accordingly. Brenda and Tom were great and super helpful at the right times. We had one small issue with a tricky door and they helped us out right away. "This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely.
