Coventry Log Home Built 2020, Cozy 3 Bed 2 Bath custom cabin near Bretton Woods

Our custom lag cabin home is a Coventry Ascutney Model completed June of 2020. “The Acorn” is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin perfect for 2-4 adults and children. We are dog friendly and allow 1 small-medium sized dog with additional pet fee & approval. ESA dogs are welcome and not exempt from the additional pet fee. Be sure to reach out first for pet approval and click the tab that states traveling with pet.

The log home features a wood burning stove, smart tv’s in every bedroom & living area, wifi, central air conditioning for the warmer months and heated mattress pad covers to keep you warm & cozy on those cold NH nights. This home is located in a 8 log home cul de sac. We also own a larger log cabin home in the same development named “Three Kings Cabin." This oversized cabin can accomodate up to 12 guests and is listed on VRBO listing #3730797.

The house is centrally located directly off of route 3 amongst many of the White Mountains premier attractions (see below).
The development offers Mountain View’s, large wooded lots and direct, private access to a snowmobile trail accessing corridor 11.

The cabin has 2 levels. The top floor features a king, primary bedroom w/private bath (shower & soaker tub) & the 1st floor has 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen & the other with 2 twin xl's), full bathroom w/laundry, kitchen and a cozy living area. All of the beds have high end mattresses, cotton sheets & down alternative pillows.
*There is a fully finished lockout lower level (450sqft) with an additional family room, 3rd full bathroom plus a 2 person sauna. This can be added to any reservation for $100/nt plus $75 additional cleaning fee.

The cabin has central heat and a/c to make it comfortable in any climate conditions. Owners will get you started w/a complimentary bundle of firewood for the Jutul wood burning stove during the months of November-March to complete the full NH White Mountains experience. Camp wood is located outside near trash dumpster & guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor firepit year around.

The cabin is staged and stocked well for cooking and entertaining. There is a 6-8 person outdoor dining table, a small interior bistro table (seats 2-4) plus 4 counter seats at the kitchen island.
The main cabin living space is cozy and ideal for 2-4 adults.

5 miles to Bretton Woods Ski Resort, 12 miles to Cannon Mountain/Franconia Notch, 25 miles to Lincoln, 6 miles to the Mt Washington Hotel, 30 miles to Story Land, 17 miles to the Flume Gorge, 20 miles to Clark’s Trading Post, 34 miles to North Conway, 14 miles to Santa’s Village, 36 miles to the Mt Washington Auto Road, 14 miles to Littleton NH, 9 miles to Bethlehem NH, 22 Miles to Loon Mountain Lincoln NH, 10 miles from Crawford Notch, 18 miles to Whale Tail Water Park, 13 miles to Pemi Trail & 12 miles to Echo Lake Beach to name a few! Visiting for ⛳️ Golf it’s 6 miles to the Mt Washington golf course featuring an 18 hole and 9 hole course. 🍁 Maplewood located in Bethlehem is an 18 hole golf course is 8 miles. Mountain View is a 9 hole golf course located 10 miles away. They all are public courses and have spectacular mountain 🏔 views.

Perfect Family Getaway!
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! Perfect for a weekend away. The location was centrally located. 25 min to Santa's Village and 25 min to Clark's Bears. The house was very clean and was set up well to accommodate guests. We had my family of 4 and my in laws and it did not feel overcrowded. Beautiful living room and kitchen and large deck with plenty of chairs. The grill and fire pit were definitely a bonus! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Perfect Getaway
My family and I recently stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. It was clean, had everything we needed and it was a plus having a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again. It was off the main road where you couldn't see the house from the road but close enough to not be so far in the woods away from everything.

We are very familiar with the area but this was our first trip away with our 1 year old….the house was perfect for us. Great location. Great access to some local take-out spots. Small neighborhood that was great for short walks with our daughter…we got to meet one of the neighbors too and she was wonderful. Great spot for a family to stay!

Hidden gem
We loved everything about this hidden gem in the White Mountains. The cabin was cozy and beautiful, and very clean. We skied at Bretton Woods 2 days and enjoyed cozy family dinners by the fire in the evening. It was a very nice little winter vacation. Thank you!

Exceptional Getaway
It's refreshing to vacation at a home that is as advertised and properly represented in the photos. This property is exceptional in so many ways; spotless and comfortable with a welcoming feel. Idyllic cabin clean accessible and equipped with everything
From check in to check out the entire process was very easy. The cabin was a good size for 6 people considering 2 full clean bathrooms and open living room/kitchen. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchens were well equipped. Great area for local attractions. Highly recommend for 2-6 people, romantic or family/friends. Some other reviewers noted noise from traffic but this wasn't an issue, it was peaceful.

Beautiful, clean & cozy cabin!
We loved our stay and would definitely come back! Our family of 5 was very comfortable and there was ample space for all of us. The cabin was equipped with everything we need for a long weekend. Santa’s Village was a short 20 min drive away. We did a hike on Mt. Willard which was fun and beautiful and ate at Schilling Brewing. Lots of fun things to do, places to eat and gorgeous Mountain View’s.

A little slice of heaven in the White Mountains!
We recently had a perfect girls weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday! If you have been looking to rent this property please do not hesitate. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly as described. It is equipped with everything you could possibly think of in the kitchen and entire cabin. Check-in and out was a breeze. The owners were very gracious and extended a late check-out upon our request. We could not have asked for better accommodations!! We will definately be back!!
