" We had a great time at the Chalet. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Santa’s Village was a quick hour drive through the mountains, was great for the kids. Multiple close restaurants with great takeout. The chalet itself was very clean and had all we needed for the stay. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of pot/pans as well as plates/cups/silverware for nights in. Access to the pools across the street was great and may have been my kids favorite part of the trip....

"We loved this house! It was in a great location and the Woodstock area offers a gateway to many awesome adventures in New Hampshire. This house has air conditioning, which was important since we went during the hottest week. Host super responsive and we had a lot of fun 14 people stayed quite comfortably in the house 4 families, 8 adults 6 kids. Would totally stay again if in that part of the country!"

"My brothers and I had a great time. The home was everything we wanted and needed it to be. We appreciated the internet and smart tv's being modernized and accomodating. Will stay there again. Perfect location for enjoying UTV's, local restaurants, and nature."

"Our family stayed here with our two Vizslas. Plenty of space for everyone. My boys stayed on the bottom level, my daughter and her son stayed on the 2nd level and my husband and I 3rd level. Still room for more. Brianna communicated well and was accommodating when we needed to book same day and the VBRO app/website would allow us do it. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was well maintained and the view of the mountains was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the sunset. Great location, near a lot of hiking trails and parks. One thing to be mindful of is that while the property accommodates 8 people as listed, it only provides parking for one car and the hot water tank may not be adequately sized for 8 people. This is not a major issue, but it’s useful to be aware of in advance."

"I'm not fully capable of expressing just how great our week at the Leeward Chalet was. The home is instantly calming and as cozy as one could possibly hope for. Amenities are always right where you look for them, and are very high quality. We were thrilled with our time and cannot wait to return!"

"On our arrival we entered on the lower level which was not shown in the photos. The Chalet was out dated and the furniture was old not having a TV in the main living area seemed a little odd. We just felt like there could be some updates that would make the house more comfortable. "

"John and I were headed to the Fryeburg Fair and needed an overnight. We would rather rent a cabin then a motel/hotel. The cabin was very cozy, comfortable and clean. For me, the 10:00 departure made for a rush to get out in time. But, overall 5 stars!"

"The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. Everything is working fine but you can tell this is an old building. I wouldn't call this an incredible guest house because we have been to...
