Nestled within the prestigious Settler's Ridge neighborhood is this modern guest suite that offers a central home away from home in beautiful Twin Falls.
The suite features open plan living with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. There's a kitchenette, a chic dining space, a sparkling bathroom, a lounge area with the option of a sofa bed and a bedroom with a luxe king bed.
The famous Snake River Canyon is right on your door step and great shopping and dining is only minutes away.
The space
Make your way around to the guest suite entrance which offers an easy self-check-in with a keypad by the door.
Enter into the sunlit foyer and make your way up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the free-flowing guest suite.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, and a built-in microwave.
Across from the kitchen is the chic café style dining space where you can pull up a trendy bar stool and enjoy your culinary creations, or just sit back with a cup of coffee from the complimentary coffee bar.
The cozy living room features a large wall mounted TV and a plush sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed to create an additional sleeping space. Enjoy the sweeping views across the canyon from the large lounge window.
The main sleeping area offers a large king bed with luxuriously soft hotel quality linen and bedding. There is dresser to store your belongings and a second TV perfectly positioned for movie nights curled up in bed.
The modern glamorous bathroom consists of a large bath with overhead shower and a sleek stone top vanity with sunken basin. There are quality amenities on offer including shampoo and conditioner as well as soft fluffy towels for each guest.

This was a great place for our short visit to Twin Falls. Very close to the Canyon Rim Trail and convenient to many points of interest in Twin Falls. We would definitely stay here again for future visits

Perfect Location
The location was perfect. Short walk to dinner and to the canyon. Location makes all the difference and this one couldn't be better. I love Twin Falls and will be staying here from now on whenever I visit!

This is a new home with the apartment built in specifically for renting. It’s nice and very comfortable. Half the price of a hotel and twice as nice. Serves two perfectly. Three or four would be a tight squeeze. Beautiful location and literally 100 yards from the Snake River Canyon.

The Appartement is really nice and clean. It offers a small kitchen and was therefore perfect for a one night stay. Also the Neighbour hood is really nice and just 5minutes away from stores.

Art’s bday get away
We had a great stay the property was really just perfect. It was in a great neighborhood super close to a lookout area of the beautiful Snake River also close to shopping, dining and the local attractions. The host was very helpful we had trouble getting but our faults we didn’t read the inductions but the host called us and walked us through it I would absolutely stay here again it was a five star stay all the way around. Beautiful studio loft in a quiet neighborhood. If you drive an EV this place has a charger included which is why we stayed here. Space might be a little tight for more than 2 people but highly recommend.
