This Cozy & fully functioning Glamper is stocked and ready for a camping inspired get-away while enjoying all of the comforts of HOME.

Tucked away in a separate & private backyard you will find a wood firepit (pick up a bundle of wood at the local market) with comfortable outdoor seating, including hammocks under a covered area, a BBQ grill & dining table/chairs in a fully fenced and private yard. You will soon forget you are in the city! This 30ft Glamper Suite is approx. 250 ft.² 1 bed/1 bath, Living area with pullout full size sleeper sofa, stocked kitchen & dining area. Comfortable for (2) guests but suitable for (4). Pet Friendly for up to (1) pre-approved DOG with an additional pet fee. FREE reserved parking.
Living area featuring couch that folds out to a full sleeper. Flat screen ROKU TV, and comfortable seating make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Amazon! There is WIFI at the property and we do have a booster so WIFI signal should be strong.
Well stocked kitchen featuring counter space for preparing simple meals and a refrigerator, toaster, crockpot, microwave, & coffee maker. **NOTE: There is a propane stove and oven. We prefer that guests utilize the BBQ grill for cooking when possible and we provide cast iron pans and a Grill with a burner. There are VERY thorough directions on how to use the stove. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with additional seating for up to (4) that can also double as a work space.
There is a private bedroom with a "camper" FULL/QUEEN bed, drawers and a closet for your personal items. Perfect for up to 2 people with additional sleeping area for 2 in living area **Comfortable bed with clean & crisp linens , down pillows and extra blankets. This is not the original camper mattress - the owner has replaced it with a high quality mattress to ensure a great nights sleep .
Full bathroom shower, **hot water is limited and is great for a quick rinse but not ideal for a full shower*** with plenty of room to store your items. High quality towels & linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience as well as a hair dryer. NOTE* The hot water tank is VERY small and will provide for a VERY quick rinse but a full shower is not possible so please remember that this is a camper with limited amenities!!
Fully fenced and separate backyard with reserved parking and access from the alley. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the outdoor space. Start a fire in the wood-burning firepit (we don’t supply wood but it can be purchased in bundles at the local Albertsons) and roast smores around the fire. BBQ grill, dining table & chairs, and lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoor space.
FREE reserved parking for (2) vehicles in the alley. There is (1) bicycle available for guest use. We do not regularly maintain the bike but you are welcome to use if you choose.
This property accepts (1) pre-approved, well behaved dog with an additional pet fee of $40. We cannot accept Cats due to allergies. Please read and understand our pet policy before booking.
**NOTE: This is a camper and is comfortable for 1-2 guests and can be a tight fit for additional guests. It is definitely a tight space in general and recommended for those that are happy spending time in the yard and are out adventuring during the day! Hot water is VERY limited due to the sieze of the water heater. The backyard is completely separate and fenced off from the main house, however there will be other guests at the main residence during your stay.
This is a “glamping” experience and the camper does have modern amenities, however it is still a camper. There are some items that take extra attention including utilizing propane tanks, and use of plumbing. The heating/cooling can be hard to maintain a constant temperature when it is extremely HOT or extremely COLD. The plumbing is sensitive and there are additional pre-cautions and directions for using the camper. If you are expecting this camper to replicate a home, this may not be a good fit for you!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the camper, the separate and private yard and (2) parking spaces in the alley. Entrance is from the alley behind the main house.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located, in what is considered the “Presidential Streets”, between Downtown and the College of Southern Idaho. This is a quiet established residential neighborhood with older homes. Blue Lakes Boulevard is the main throughway in the City of Twin Falls and is 3 blocks from the home. Blue Lakes Blvd has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Magic Valley Mall, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes & Costco. Nearby parks include Pierce Park, Harrison Park, Barry Park and Frontier Park.
Historic Downtown Twin Falls (1 mile) is worth checking out. The historic old town covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. A recent revitalization brought new businesses and a community common space for events – including a splash pad for families. Patrons will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers have started to crave walkability, the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Some popular downtown events include Western Days, Twin Falls Old Town Criterium, Oktoberfest, Twin Falls Light Parade and more.
The Perrine Bridge (2.5 miles) is the most famous bridge in Idaho and the fourth largest arch bridge in the United States. It is 1,500 feet long and crosses 486 feet above the floor of the Snake River Canyon. The bridge has walkways for pedestrians to walk out on and enjoy the spectacular view.

Getting Around:
The property is centrally located and has a Walk Score of 63 out of 100. This location is Somewhat Walkable so some errands can be accomplished on foot. This is a great neighborhood for walking on the tree lined streets and if safe & friendly. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are within .5 miles of the house. The location is approximately 1 mile from College of Southern Idaho, 1 mile to the downtown historical shopping district, and 2.5 miles to Magic Valley Mall,.
Famous Idaho attractions are easy to access; Sun Valley approx. 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.
There is a local airport but most people fly into Boise (1hr 15min) or SLC (2.5 hr).

~We may request that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dogs into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
- Max of (1) approved, well-behaved Dogs allowed at an additional non-refundable pet fee of $40 per pet. Please provide breed, age and size of dog with your reservation. PLEASE also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable
