The Pink Salt House is situated on North Point Avenue one of Kingscliff's most desirable beachside streets and just meters from the heart of the award winning Salt Village and patrolled beach.

Featuring beautiful timber floors throughout providing an elegant but soft feel while natural light streams in through the windows. This home was designed to capture the sea breeze from the multiple decks whilst sitting back and enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, fridge/freezer, coffee plunger, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils. Downstairs there is a kitchenette, bar fridge and Bbq for outside entertaining.

Upstairs living area includes the kitchen, meals, dining and living room which has been designed in an open plan arrangement with sliding doors leading out to the undercover balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze , a dining table and lounge caters for all the family to gather for meals, relax on the balcony or watch your favourite tv program.


The top level includes master bedroom with ensuite, bedroom 2 with a King bed, separate powder room, kitchen, dining and living area that open out to a large undercover balcony.

Downstairs living area opens out to the pool, bbq and lawn area with separate toilet and bathroom area to wash off after a dip in the pool or a swim at the beach.

The downstairs includes a bedroom with bunk beds and cot, bedroom 4 with queen bed, separate bathroom, lounge room, Kitchenette that opens out to the undercover bbq entertainment area, in ground pool and garden.

It's an ideal setting for the summer family bbq with plenty of room for the kids to play and adults to enjoy the sunshine.

The versatile design allows for one large family or dual living and is only a short stroll across the road to the sandy beach and beachfront bike and cycle tracks.
