The apartment is very spacious, with cool, tiled open plan living and dining area with absolutely stunning views.

There is also a fully renovated, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and internal laundry facilities.

The master bedroom offers queen bed with ceiling fan and TV and the second bedroom features 2 single beds and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony, with water views!

The loungeroom leads through to the large wraparound balcony and covered alfresco dining area with breathtaking ocean and river views. Seascape 1403 has been fully renovated throughout and offers a blissful holiday experience.

Set amongst 2 hectares of immaculate tropical gardens Seascape is the perfect location for holiday makers of all ages. Seascape is only short easy walk to Twin Towns Club, major shopping centers and Coolangatta shops and cafes.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Great holiday location
Great property, excellent view and location. Very comfortable, no air con but not really needed on 14th floor. Great balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for a relaxing afternoon beverage. Would stay again.
