"We could not find this property despite speaking with the proprietor on telephone several times. We gave up and returned to our home in Le Dorat on Wed night. We will not book this type of accommodation ever again. You will need a fully functioning Sat Nav to have any hope of finding this property."

It was in fact the owners home and we shared the facilities with her and her family. "Lovely gite, nice couple very friendly but unfortunately whilst decor etc was lovely for me the basics need tweaking a bit ie: no freeze box, no blinds in the bedrooms, no WiFi and I had to climb into the bath to set the taps for the children to have a shower/bath which I found quite difficult with an arthritic hip. "Quite special experience of ‘French Rustic’. Very well done and presented. All necessary facilities and comprehensive self catering equipment provided. Breakfast included, was most enjoyable and offered considerable choice of items. This proved an excellent country stay and well worth trying, but double check route plan - not terribly easy!"
