"Excellent stay, the hotel is brand new clean modern and the staff are very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and modern with a great shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and overall we had a great stay prior to doing the Ha Giang Loop. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stay extra special. "

"Big beautiful hotel in Hagiang, comfortable rooms splendid breakfast well worth it, place next door is nice food. Winmart 10 min walk (turn right) . town centre 20 min walk turn right. A regional town not yet touristy like Sapa."

"From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)"

"욕조 유, 무에 따른 방 차이가 있고 들어가면서 머리카락이 보여서 조금 그랬고 샤워 후 물이 화장실 바닥에 퍼지는 구조는 조금 문제. 이런 단점 빼소는 만족함. 웰컴 케잌이라고 하는 무료 쿠키도 몇개 제공해줌. 결론은 추천함"
