"WINK hotel has a very friendly warm eco-friendly environment. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. They provided great information on places to go . A very nice breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs to order traditional Vietnamese soup and a variety of other dishes . The rooms were very eco-friendly great views of the sea and the city. The hotel has a very nice rooftop swimming pool, well maintain exercise room. Beautiful entrance area with foosball table, checkered a belt bar and a nice lounge. Great value for the money . I highly recommend this hotel chain things to do in their city. Strong did the wink Hotel have breakfast yeah yeah"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was initially assigned a room where the bathroom exhausted fan was so obnoxiously loud that I had to request a change of room. On second night, there was no running water to my hotel room located on the fifth floor. When I requested to be moved to a room with running water so I can shower, a male receptionist asked if I can just temporarily shower in another room but stay in the current room without running water for the night. I was shocked to hear such a suggestion from a receptionist. Unprofessional. The condition of the property is old, needs to be updated. "

"Brand new hotel, beautiful contemporary decor. Room are not huge but enough. Comfortable good support mattress and crisp white sheets. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. Because i was so busy, i regret not having a chance to enjoy the amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. "
