Sáng 8 giờ có người tự động mở cửa phòng đột nhập để kiểm tra phòng và làm vệ sinh phòng. đánh thứ giấc ngủ giờ sáng. 4. Quản lý, tiếp xúc và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh, thiếu văn minh ngôn ngữ
