The beds are terrible. The safebox is not working after they changed the batteries the box was not opening with my passports and cash in it. The restaurant was refushing orders 45 minutes before the official closing time. I am a reguliere guest in this Hotel but are choked to see how fast it is going down

La habitación que nos toco estaba limpia, pero en general se ve percudida, había ruido de un motor girando toda la noche y no era del clima, se escucha el ruido de la calle y de los huespedes que circulan en el hotel, en la mesa donde se supone te sientas a trabajar no cuenta con contactos eléctricos, en general la atención con el personal fue buena, solo me hospede una noche

No pudimos tener una estancia placentera como en otras ocaciones, ya que habian muchas personas adultas en su mayoria varones consumiendo alcohol dentro de la alberca durante la tarde y noche, ademas de escandalo que hicieron y no dejaban dormir en la madrugada, eso hizo que no descansaramos bien, ademas ibamos con adultos mayores y niños. Esa parte deberian de cuidarla más.
