We got there at 3:30 pm and the room was not ready, it seemed that they rushed the cleaning since we were already there, we stayed in the top floor and the wifi did not reach, the bathroom has no ventilation. It was over all Okay, but nothing extra ordinary.

Receptionist Not Trustworthy
The hotel itself is great and the location is pretty central; however the lobby receptionist was not helpful and charged me extra when I asked for the company name to take a canyon tour. The tour/driver was charging only 550 pesos, but the receptionist was trying to charge me 800 and after I bargained he made it 650. Still charged me 100 pesos more instead of just giving me the tour company number. I complained to another receptionist about it and they did nothing. First time experiencing such a thing in Hotels.com.

Clean, modern, newish bare bones hotel
Fairly new 3 storey basic hotel, small rooms, good city views from third floor balcony, Netflix + U- tube a plus, no lift a minus. Friendly staff, very good security. 5 to 10 minutes’ walk from main square.

Hôtel très sympa à un prix plus que correct. Le personnel est au petit soin et est très accueillant. Il nous a bien aidé pour l’organisation de nos excursions et réservations de bus. Chambre spacieuse avec petit balcon agréable. Le seul bémol: aucune insonorisation entre les chambres et avec le bruit de la rue. Il n’est pas non plus conseillé de se promener à Tuxtla (et dans la rue de l’hôtel) dès le soir.

De acuerdo al precio
El hotel es pequeño y muy lindo decorado, tienen política de silencio aún así todo se escucha en las habitaciones proveniente de los pasillos . La atención de los chicos de recepción es excelente. Los azulejos del baño podrían pulirse y limpiarse mejor, las sábanas y almohadas son malisimas.

Es moderno y cómodo. El internet es bueno sólo en el día, por la noche cuando llegan los huéspedes se satura y no puedes ver nada, es muy lento. La mayoría de las paredes son de Tablarroca o similar y se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones. El personal es muy amable.
