Shop 1.5 km, grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km. Tennis 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 5 km, Zillertal 3000 1.5 km. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Sep. WC. Top floor: living/sleeping room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 2 beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave) with dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. 4 showers on the ground floor are divided on 2 bathrooms each with 2 showers and sinks. The living/dining room on the ground floor is a cozy typical Tyrolean room with lots of pine wood. The maximum number of 27 persons including additional beds, babies and toddlers may not be exceeded.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Besitzer. Unterkunft sehr groß mit mehr als ausreichenden Betten für 20 Personen. Alles im guten Zustand und gepflegt. Küche sehr gut Ausgestattet. Nur zu empfehlen.Vorallen für große Gruppen

La casa è comoda per gruppi o più famiglie. Cucina molto attrezzata ,fermata bus sotto casa ,molte escursioni nei dintorni .Peccato che non c'è una lavatrice e un stendino da mettere in poggiolo.

Tuxer Gletscherhaus
Das Haus ist nicht gerade preiswert, dafür aber groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist in gutem Zustand, alles funktioniert.Es liegt mit Blick auf den Hintertuxer Gletscher und hat zwar keinen großen Garten, aber eine schöne Veranda, die wir gerne genutzt haben. Im 2.OG gibt es noch einmal eine extra Wohnung mit Küche und Bad. Auch in heißen Sommern herrschen hier am Waldrand, mit Blick auf den Hintertuxer Gletscher, angenehme Temperaturen. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut asugestattet.

Skvělý dům a místo pro letní dovolenou
Prostorný a velmi dobře řešený dům s velkým množstvím vkusně zařízených pokojů a dvěma kuchyněmi, v počtu 17 lidí nám stačila jen jedna. Dobrá zvuková izolace, mezi pokoji je jen velmi málo slyšet. Hezké místo nad silnicí, kde, vzhledem k tomu, že je až skoro na konci jinak frekventovaného Zillertalu, je docela klid. Koupání v potoce.

Authentieke woning.
Uitstekende ruime Oostenrijks houten woning op een prachtige plek met schitterend uitzicht op de besneeuwde bergen van het Tuxerdal. Alleen mankeerde het aan goede WiFi en internet.

Poloha dobrá pro lyžaře, skibus téměř u domu a jede každou chvíli. Běžecká stopa rovněž přímo u domu denně upravovaná, super. Stav domu průměrný, čisto. Nepraktické je oddělená kuchyň a společenská místnost, která je i celkem malá pro 20 hostů. V kuchyni jsou dvě sklokeramické desky, každá jiná, jedna starší než druhá, trouba nemá žádnou funkci, skoro nic v tom nejde dělat, výbava kuchyně je však dobrá. Otravné jsou ty doplatky za povlečení, za ručníky, za elektřinu, za vzdušné obci.

Perfektes Haus für Wandergruppen
Eine Vermittlung durch Interhome würde ich nicht ein zweites Mal wählen. Fragen zur Hausausstattung und Regularien wurde ich an XXX verwiesen. Das Haus war für uns perfekt (15P). Schöne Lage am Waldrand, Terrasse mit Bänken+Tischen. Wandertouren direkt an FEWO möglich. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Mit Direktkontakt (ohne Vermittler) hätten jedoch Unklarheiten vermieden werden können.

Gletscherhaus Tux
Das Objekt liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Skibus und bietet gute Möglichkeiten alle Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Es ist gut geeignet für größere Gruppen, wir waren 18 P. Es ist aber schlecht, wenn nicht alle angegebenen Duschen funktionieren. Unmöglich ist, dass am Anreisetag erst 17 Uhr das Objekt belegt werden kann, am Abreisetag aber schon 9 Uhr geräumt sein muss. Trotz der langen Reinigungszeit ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Dass bei Hinzubuchung des Wäschepakets die Betten selbst be- und abgezogen werden mussten, ist wohl eher unüblich. Das vorhandene W-Lan bzw. Internet funktionierte nicht. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen....
Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gerade im Sanitärbereich. Aufgrund der Duschen/Toiletten und der "Stube", die für mehr als 16 Personen doch recht klein ist und dann leider ungemütlich wird, empfehlen wir keine Vollauslastung. Dazu ein manchmal ruppiger Hausverwalter.
