"A nice and clean house with a big backyard and outdoor area (just wish for a slightly taller fence to keep the dog in). Short drive away from everything and has a park nearby to walk your furbabies. Could get a bit hot in summer so a fan or AC would be lovely for the bedrooms. Very responsive and welcoming host. Will definitely keep it in mind for our future stays. Thanks!"

"We just stayed at this property for the 9th time, and have already booked for next year. So that indicates how much we enjoy staying there. Very comfortable townhouse. Within walking distance of the Ahuriri shops, cafes, restaurants. Not far from Napier shopping centre (by car, bus, or can even walk). We can definitely recommend this property."

"Quaint, charming character home… loved the diverse vegetation, both inside and outside. Next door to the stadium for events, close to the downtown core, easy access to the local wineries, the cycle trails and treks. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the host was great with communications, providing suggestions well in advance of our arrival."

"Had a great time at this property with extended family. Facilities were great, aircon in kitchen and bedroom a welcome surprise, pool well used. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy the views over Napier. Great location."

"Very comfortable and good, central, easy to find location. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. A little strange the amount of owner/previous tenant toiletries and dried out soaps in showers. Very quiet and easy access and departure instructions."

"Great location, was clean but one bedroom wall had water stains. The whole house had a intense musty smell. A lot of flies. Beds were comfortable one of the duvets were stained. Backyard was incredible!! We did not use kitchen as the smell was intense. A lot of money for condition of property. Would benefit with a freshen up. "

"Really friendly and helpful receptionist. Attached but independent restaurant gave terrible service for breakfast. Despite chasing things up, we were waiting well over half an hour for the coffees we had ordered and 50 minutes for our meal order. It’s best to eat elsewhere."

"Well equipped, clean and comfortable. No soap in shower container or it was broken. A bit of noise from gym downstairs. Thumping noise started (music) just before 6am. "
