"We were just in town for the night for a concert. The hotel is clean and the bed isn’t bad. The pillows are awful, small and soft. The room temp was ok. Water pressure was really terrible and it took awhile for the water to warm up. It was Mom’s weekend at the university here so it cost $300 for the room. It was definitely not worth that but it was cheaper than most other places. It served the purpose. "

"It was cheap and the bed was comfortable. The shower and sink were also nice and seemed to be updated. The doors, both bathroom and main, had issues closing which was slightly annoying. "Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."

The house was located within 10 minutes of U of I and was more spacious than a hotel room.
