The vacation home is situated on a hill in the middle of a 10,000 m² estate, completely fenced and with panoramic all-round views as far as the Argentario sea. The impressive tower of the old aqueduct with adjoining barn, today a rest area, the pool and the large barbecue are ideal for a pleasant and relaxing stay outdoors. At guests' disposal: wifi on the whole area, a foot-golf course, table tennis and 4 mountain bikes. The convenient location on the border between the Lazio region and Tuscany allows for beautiful day trips to the Tyrrhenian Sea and visits to the archaeological sites of Tuscia. Distances and tips for your excursions: the beach of Marina Velca is 13 km away, the city of Viterbo with the impressive Etruscan Museum and famous thermal complex 22 km, the lagoon of Orbetello and the elegant small resorts of Argentario 57 km.
