Welcome to Crimson Chimes!

Crimson Chimes is formerly named YamaBama. This luxury and newly furnished condo overlooks the UofA Practice fields. You are able to walk to the stadium, Coliseum, Aquatic Center, and more! You can't ask for a better location. The condo is located just 0.5 miles from the stadium! The condo is equipped with a grill, TVs in all rooms & balcony, as well as plenty of games! There are complex workout facilities just down the hallway from the unit & and a complex industrial ice-maker for your game day needs! There are 2 elevators for the complex. This is NOT a pet friendly property!

The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin XL over a Queen bed. There is also chair that can be converted into a single bed. The second bathroom is located right next to this second bedroom and has a walk in shower. In the living room there is a sofa that can be set up as a Twin XL bed.

** Guest are NOT allowed to be on the balcony during Alabama Football Practice. Hefty fines are given out if violations occur. **

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people. Pricing is set for up to 4 people, and up to 5 people for SEC games and May graduation. There is a $50 per person charge for extras, up to 8 people.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
