Convenient to Everything on Campus
Came down for orientation for my oldest daughter. It was super convenient to everything on campus. If i had any complaints it would be there was no tv in the bedrooms, and there wasn't very much coffee to start the day. Outside of that the place was very clean and looked exactly like the listing. Wpuld definitely stay there again.

Location is ideal and the fact that we were able to walk everywhere. I liked that they had a security camera out front, it made us feel very safe. We had issues getting into the rental, but the team was extremely responsive and got us into the townhouse in no time. Would stay here again, and would recommend this day to anyone in this area!

This property was in a perfect location for our needs, we walked almost everywhere. The unit is a great size (there were 3 of us), comfy beds, super soft towels, and off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Parent’s weekend
My daughter, SIL, and granddaughter were in town for grandson’s parents weekend. We were two blocks from his apartment and close to his fraternity house. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Love the family picture!! For others it is noisy outside in the weekends but we anticipated that and white noise worked well.

in town for surgery son had; needed quiet comfortable place for 4-5 days. Very well equipped (need pasta strainer). Perfect location;Easy walks to shopping grocery restaurants.Very clean/prop mgr so nice and easy to reach. Only negatives- could use tv upstairs and no outside deck area
