"Brilliant, from a great welcome through to a large comfortable room, a good shower/bathroom, the Chef came to discuss our evening meal whilst we relaxed with good beer and then delivered an excellent meal which topped the day. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs and a good buffet. We'll call in again."

"The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. "This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas). "

"A traditional barn conversion on a working farm we had cows just outside our windows and chickens roaming in the yard.If you dont speak German not easy to communicate with owner as they don't speak English, but able to get by. Yes we wouls stay there again."
