Juvarra Point by Wonderful Italy

Charming apartment in the center of Turin with a view of the city's rooftops in the historic Juvarra building.

The house is located on the fifth floor of a building without an elevator. The entrance opens onto a balcony that leads to the kitchen equipped with an oven, kettle and microwave. The living area is furnished with a sofa, television and dining table; a curtain in the center of the room divides the sleeping area with a queen-size bed, from the rest of the living room.
A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

At guests' disposal: free WiFi and heating.

Pets weighing less than 10 kg are welcome, at an extra charge of €20 per pet per stay.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

The wonderful city of Turin, the capital of Piedmont and known for chocolate, offers countless opportunities and experiences. In the historic center stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of the symbols of Italy, along with the Royal Palace of Turin and Palazzo Madama. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a stroll among the greenery and the scent of flowers, you can visit the Botanical Garden of Turin built on the left side of the Po River, and the famous Valentino Park close to the historic center. Today the province stands as Italy's best center for chocolate processing, and every year the "Cioccolatò" event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings.
For a tasting of typical Piedmontese dishes, the Solferino Restaurant and Consorzio Restaurant are not to be missed.

The apartment is about 14 km from Turin Caselle Airport and just over 20 minutes' walk from Porta Nuova Station and Porta Susa Station.

GREAT LOCATION Small for a couple but very goof for one person Nice bed and sheets Very small shower, be aware of the slippery tiles on the sides of its floor, also hot water -very good- goes up without warning … Noisy at night if you want to sleep early “Strange characters” on the street at night but VERY SAFE 5 floors without lift Very good price for Torino in that location !!!

Le logement est confortable et bien meublé. La literie est excellente. Il très bien situé pour tout faire à pied (musées, centre historique, marchés ...) avec commerces, cafés et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. Ce serait bien d'avoir un climatiseur plus efficace.
