"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"This hotel is more for a convention purpose. Not family friendly if you are traveling with kids. Also during the winter all the hotel rooms share the same room temperature which for my family was a bit too hot and stuffy. Found weird that we were not able to turn on the AC. They dis provide a small fan. Now the worst thing was the breakfast buffet. I initially had purchased for both mornings but after trying it the first day, I got a refund for the second day. "친절하고 주차 서비스, 조식, 객실 내 청소 등이 만족했다. 온천수 덕분에 샤워도 좋았다. 하지만 호텔스 닷컴의 호텔 소개 사진에는 객실 내 전기주전자가 있었지만 실제는 없었다. 커피 한잔을 위해 1층으로 계속 내려가야 했고, 종이컵 등을 낭비하여 불편했다. 그리고 객실 내 수납이 부족하여 옷걸이 2개밖에 없어 옷이나 가방을 보관해야 할 곳이 없어 아쉬웠다. 쓰지 않는 컴퓨터 대신 수납하는 선반이나 작은 옷장을 설치된 객실이 따로 있어서 선택했으면 정말 좋겠다는 생각이 든다. 전반적으로 90% 만족한다."

"Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village."

"The front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the coffee shop staff were friendly. The rooms were cleaned very well. The location of the hotel is right on the beach. The views from the hotel room window are beautiful."

"Good location, very close to the bus terminal. Beautiful view over the river and the fortress. The room was nice and big. Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."

"Owner was so kind and thoughtful.Extra clean inside the unit. If you visit there you may feel you are in the honeymoon trip.All decorations looked cute and gorgeous.Even there is a swimming pool.The only negative point is a location.It is located on the narrowed hill (kind of small mountain).Not easy to driving back and forth. You need to prepare your own food.Therefore this place is very quiet,good for the meditation. I want to visit again. "
