"Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. "We were supposed to spend 3days . We got there around 2pm couldn’t check in until 4 almost 5pm . They gave us a room without a blanket and no tv . Concierge doesn’t speak English at all and there two Russian guest who were arguing about the wait time to check in . There was mold in the bathroom .
