"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"

"The house was absolutely lovely located at the top of a hill overlooking the countryside and the lake below. Our multi-generational family had a great stay, enjoying day trips to nearby towns, swimming in the pool and evening meals on the terrace. The house has everything you might need, the host is very responsive and gives lots of great tips and we would return to spend a another vacation there in a minute!"

"We spent a wonderful week enjoying the peace and beauty of the Umbrian countryside from the comfort of Susan's beautiful home above Lake Trasimeno. The weather was warm for mid-September, and we refreshed ourselves in the pool most afternoons. The house is pleasant and comfortable, but it is the expansive gardens, outside seating areas, and incredible views that made the experience truly exceptional. "Beautiful location, on the top of one of the highest hills overlooking the lake, yet short drive from Tuoro and 10 min from Passignano. Stunning views. Paolo has been great and very helpful host who greeted us with a glass of red on our arrival. Spacious & clean rooms, could do with a bit bigger shower. We were not lucky to use swimming pool as it has been cold for the time of the year but it did look tempting. Would definitely recommend and would come back."

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area.
