"They gave my.room away and gave me a tiny dirty, smelly room without even hangers, tv remote control and hot water on the first day and said they have no other rooms.i had to sleep on some comforters on the floor! Had backaches after that first day and got back our room for the bext 2 nights. The staff are good especially rhe housekeeping staff who try to make amends and service recovery. Location is horrible! Right in the midst of wholesale qet market and junkyard car parts recycling areas all...

"The price was good. The room was $23 plus another $5 per person for breakfast. Breakfast was boring. Light bulbs in the rooms were burned out and not replaced on request. They don't seem to receive reservations made online so if you do that, bring proof. They do honor that. Taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is so take the address with you. The neighborhood is full of greasy used truck parts stores. It isn't pleasant. "

"I have stayed here before a couple of times over the past 3 years. It is a very reasonable price. The staff are very nice. It just has a few things that keep it from a higher score. One really weird thing is that they have wired in the in room ref to the power circuit for the room. If you pull your key, you turn off the ref. Secondly, I would not recommend the cafe as often the food is just warmed up and if it is not the breakfast meal, then plan on waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes even...

"Weird Chinese hotel. No English spoken. Very dirty rundown room where most of the light switches do not work, no shower curtain in the bathroom, no bath plug, no bath mats, ugly window view. Very noisy in the mornings; cleaners screaming & shouting, loud machinery banging for over 1 hour! A truly awful hotel. "

"It was nice that I was able to check in even tho I arrived so late. Other than that it wasn't the best of experiences. To take a shower I had to sit on the side of the tub. I am 6'2" but that still wasn't cool. There was dirt and trash behind the tv stand that had to have been years old. The tub had moldy caulking and the bathroom sink leaked. "They didn't have my reservation. Unsafe, room door doesn't lock. Filthy room. Have to pay upfront for 1 nite. Check out the next day. May lose the whole cost of hotel. Will try to get refund."

"Our stay at comfort was ok. The place a bit rundown and a bit off the beaten track. Saying that checkin was good with forms allready filled out for us. We were in our rooms within 5 minutes of arriving. The girl that checked us in also cooked omlettes for us in the morning and she was nice and helpful. With a bit of revamp and clean up this could become a nicer place to stay. The prices were good so no complaints there. Our stay was ok for 1 night."
