"Beautiful hotel located inside Alishan Park. The staffs were friendly, the room was clean and well-appointed, and very spacious. There are delicious and wide selections available for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be returning again soon."

"The selling point of this place is its location from where you can walk 15 minutes up a small hill to see Alishan sunrise. This advantage may be the disadvantage the same time, because for these tourists who come to Alishan first time, transportation between the Alishan park entrance (the transportation hub) and the hotel is a little bit confusing. This hotel is half hour bus-driving from the entrance and you must pre-book the hotel shuttle to pick you up at the bus station. But overall my experience there was good and the lady boss was very nice and helpful. The facility and amenity are good."

"The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great. "
