Overall good secure building. Weather was bit of a problem. But we squeezed in some of the sunshine. Shops, clubs with in a reasonable distance. View is good, needs a furniture update, like a more comfortable lounge to sit on , maybe an update in bathrooms especially in main bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped Good fishing spots.

APARTMENT WITH A COOL SEABREEZE.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week at the lovely holiday was in walking distance to Woolworths, takeaway foods, pub, restaurants, bakery and coffee shops.The apartment was in walking distance to the kids water splash park and swing park. The Tuncurry rock pool was a bit further away and a longer walk. Close to throwing a line in. We loved the balcony and view, and also the cool breeze. The security of the apartment was very good and also a the under building car park. The lift was excellent especially for older people. The apartment was spacious and very clean, but is a bit tired with age. The balcony only had 2 seats and a table so the 3rd person in our group did not have seat.I recommend this as an excellent place to stay you will enjoy the location, space, security and the wonderful balcony.
