We didn't realize at firat that the fridge wasn't working when we put my daughter's insulin in it upon arrival. The desk clerk was kind enough to move the insulin to a fridge they had once we realixwd there was no cord on the fridge. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Everything was beautiful.
