"The Little Red River is in the back yard where you will also find a variety of birds feeding from the feeders. Due to cold weather, we were unable to really utilize the screened in porch or the open porch. But they are roomy and inviting. There are swings in the front yard. There is a boat dock, but you'll have to put your boat in elsewhere. The interior of the house is spacious and inviting. Plenty of dishes, utensils, paper goods, bedding, towels. The grandkids loved the hot tub even in the bitterly cold weather. There is so much to do outdoors in Heber Springs. This is a welcoming and comfortable home to come back to for naps and meals. We will be back to enjoy during the warmer months!"

"The property was lovely! They have clearly poured a lot of love into this place. The house has excellent attention to detail, woth each room uniquely and carefully themed. The grounds are beautiful and the house is warm and cozy - we especially loved the Christmas tree. A wonderful place to get away."

"This house was so perfect for our family! It is VERY secluded and the property is great for exploring. We came on this trip to do some hiking and just hang out playing games in the house. The only disappointment was it had a hot tub advertised and there was no hot tub. We had actually picked this one over others because of the hot tub. So that was disappointing, but other than that it was perfect. Comfortable beds, easy communication with the owner and beautiful scenery. We want to come back in the summer when we can get in the water! It was a great place for a winter getaway also!! Highly recommend!"
