"El Samay Hotel Botique was the perfect getaway for our family. This is an extremely well-maintained property, right on the beach. The staff were wonderful, especially Percy. "Bali Hai was like paradise. We had a bungalow two steps away from the sand and 20 m from the ocean. We could hear the sound of the ocean all day and night, the ocean breeze was soothing and kept us cool. The workers were absolutely fantastic helpful and acomodating. "We really enjoyed our stay at La Capitanna. The view is amazing and so was the food. We had their pizza and the breakfast was great (specifically the bread). Can't say enough good things about the hospitality as well everyone was so nice and we really loved the dogs. They went on a walk with us both days to keep us company. "

"Really nice hotel, excellent place, right in front of the beach, nice pool and good amenities. However, there are some things that they have to work on: Reception only works until 10.30pm and there is lack of transportation to important points (downtown, airports, restaurant). The place is great, and the manager is aware of the weaknesses; when we talked to him, he was very open to listen to the clients, which is very important.
