Two Bedroom Bungalow in the middle of it all

Two bedroom, two bathroom house has plenty of space and is perfectly located in the heart of Tulsa. The University of Tulsa, Downtown, The Pearl District, Kendall Whittier, Cherry Street and more are within a short bike ride. The area also has numerous breweries and plenty of restaurants and attractions. Easy access to all of Tulsa. The house sleeps six and has central heat and air and a fenced backyard. Two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and washer and dryer in house.

Great Location
Nice and clean, the house is well situated so you can easily find all kinds of food for any preference. We were in town for a BMX race. The track was just around the corner. My dogs enjoyed the large, fenced backyard.

Basic but nice
This little house had everything we needed. Convenient location, basic supplies, easy check in & out. We didn't do any cooking so I can't comment on whether I needed anything in the cupboard. Thought the neighborhood was nice

Basic Home-base
We enjoyed our stay. The appliances in the kitchen (even a toaster) are nice and the BASIC pots.pans and utensils are available. The rooms were spacious, attractively painted and welcoming. We especially appreciated the two bathrooms. There were a few items that needed immediate attention and Brian came right away to take care of them. As we stayed we discovered several small easily corrected maintainace items which made our stay a little challenging. Since these can easily corrected and inexpensive ….and since we found Brian to be a quite responsive host, we left a list and we believe the challenges will no longer be concerns. Brian have a a gracious host.
