"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"We had a really nice room. The bed was comfy, the shower was nice and everything was very clean. If I had a complaint it would be that I don't think the refrigerator was working as well as it should have, as it did not seem to keep my left-overs cold. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you! "

"I booked my stay well in advance. When I arrived, there was no room available for me. They wanted to have me stay at some other motel (not close) if they could find one for me. I insisted on getting a room at this motel. I finally accepted a room that had was listed as 'out of service' due to the bathtub / shower not working. When I made my reservation I had requested a ground floor room with handicap access. The room I accepted was on the second floor and there is no elevator in this motel....

"Our stay was very nice. Robbin was very friendly and sympathetic with our dogs and the sand burr situation. This was the quietest place we have ever stayed. Very clean, friendly, and safe."
